This is very useful for animated movies and game characters that need to be drawn. Just with the graphics tablet and it's program, the artist can draw characters straight to the computer and then input commands for the animated movie or game. This is a giant revolution! From sketched characters to almost real life characters! 

Artistic Works on Computer

An artist may not want to paint on a canvas, maybe he would want to paint on computer, so this is a brilliant idea for an artist to also have a copy stored on a hard drive. Also there will be more copy sold because they will be printed. This is better for an artist, than painting multiple copys to sell.

Technical Drawings

Better than using a technical drawing board and using drafting heads and compass. Using a program with the graphics tablet would help blueprints to be worked out quicker which means a faster start to a building process.
